We have a Living Prophet on the Earth Today!

It's my favorite time of the year! Twice a year we have a great opportunity to hear a living prophet speak! Just and Abraham, Noah and Moses were called of God to lead and guide the people, we now have President Thomas S. Monson to lead and guide us where the Lord wants us to be today!

Let's talk about President Monson for a minute. He is a kind and loving man. He grew up a fairly normal life. He lived very close to his family. He was in Navy. He got married to his beautiful wife and completely devoted his life to the Lord. His favorite scripture, which says "On the Lord's Errand" describes him well.

His wife passed away not too long ago, but he knows that he will see her again. He is one of the kindest, most loving men to ever live. It is evident in the talks he has given. On October 4th and October 5th, we will get to hear this great man, along with other servants of the Lord speak to us. I always feel uplifted during this time. I invite each of you to go and hear the living prophet speak!
